A beloved pop-up ramen shop is set to open its first permanent location in a New Jersey town next month, exciting food enthusiasts across the region. Tenmomi, known for its unique pop-up experiences, will soon offer a dedicated space for its loyal customers. Located beneath the Williams Center in Rutherford, the new restaurant will feature a refreshed menu, 28 seats, and free arcade games, providing a fun and immersive dining experience. Chef KC Gonzalez, with his extensive hospitality background, has crafted a menu centered around ramen, showcasing his expertise in creating delicious and authentic dishes. The expanded hours, from Monday to Saturday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sundays from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., will accommodate a wider range of customers. This marks a significant step for Tenmomi, which began as a pop-up shop in 2022 and later operated a takeout-and-delivery location in Nutley. The current Westwood location will close on February 22, as the team prepares for the exciting transition to a permanent space.
